- All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation.
- Custom-made or hand-embroidered products may require 7–15 business days for production before shipping.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

- Domestic Shipping (India):
- Standard delivery within 4–7 business days after dispatch.
- Express delivery available on request at an additional charge.
- International Shipping:
- We ship to most countries worldwide using trusted courier partners.
- Delivery time is approximately 7–15 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/WhatsApp notification with a tracking number.
- You can track your package using the courier’s tracking portal.
Shipping Charges
- Domestic Shipping: Free for orders above $100; otherwise, nominal charges apply.
- International Shipping: Free for orders above $200; Otherwise, charges are calculated based on destination and package weight at checkout.
- Customs Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for local duties, VAT, or import taxes, if applicable.
Non-Delivery & Delays
- Caftan The Mushk is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or customs clearance.
- If a shipment is undeliverable due to incorrect address or non-availability, additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
