2. Shipping & Delivery Policy
We deliver our handcrafted abayas, caftans, and dresses across India and worldwide.
- Order Processing: 2–4 business days; custom pieces 7–15 days.
- Domestic Delivery: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
- International Delivery: 7–15 business days (subject to customs clearance).
- Tracking: A tracking ID will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
- Shipping Charges:
- Domestic: Free above $100; nominal fee otherwise.
- International: Free above $200; nominal fee calculated at checkout (customs duties borne by customer).
Note: Caftan The Mushk is not responsible for delays due to courier or customs.
3. Return & Refund Policy
Our products are handcrafted and inspected before shipping. Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products.
Return Conditions:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at themushk14@gmail.com or +91 9310437721 / +91 9560701256.
- Share order details and photos/videos of the damaged/incorrect product.
- Return Approval: After verification, we will arrange a return pickup or request you to ship the product back.
Refund Process:
- Refunds are processed 7–10 business days after receiving the returned product.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Important: Returns are not accepted for wrong size selection, change of mind, or customized orders.
