We follow a strict return policy applicable only in the following cases:

  1. Damaged Product Received – If your order arrives with visible damage.

  2. Incorrect Product Shipped – If the product you receive is different from your order.


How to Request a Return

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:

    • Order ID & Contact Number

    • Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product

    • Unboxing video (if available) for faster verification

  3. Verification & Approval:

    • Our team will verify the claim and approve the return if it meets the above conditions.

    • Once approved, we will arrange for return pickup or request you to ship it back.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Important Notes

  • Returns are not accepted for customized products, wrong size selection, or change of mind.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and with original tags and packaging to qualify for a return.

  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
